Yuki Tsunoda has denied he needs to change his approach as he seeks
an uptick in form at the Red Bull team. Tsunoda was promoted to the
Milton Keynes-based squad after two rounds this year, replacing a
struggling Liam Lawson. However, Tsunoda too has faced hurdles
behind the wheel of the RB21 and has failed to score points in the
previous seven rounds. As he looks to uncover more pace from the
car, Tsunoda asserted he doesn't need to alter anything from a
personal perspective. "I've got to do exactly the same things that
I was doing since the previous races," he told media including
RacingNews365 . "And I don't think have to change anything. I'm
just focusing on that." Tsunoda's run of seven point-less races
marks the longest streak endured by a Red Bull driver in its
history. The Japanese driver is confident he can end his drought if
the team uncovers more pace from the package. "I was a little bit
[frustrated], because missing a point it's not ideal at all,"
Tsunoda stated. "One thing that helped me, at least in my
engineering side in my side of the garage, at least we know that
there's clear progress and a clear pace. If we just compare on
paper, we're having good pace. "But we know as soon as we have a
bit of a gain from the package, we're going to have a clear step.
"We know we're going to be back in that position that the team
wants, and where I want to be."
