Yuki Tsunoda has been handed a 10-place grid for overtaking Oscar Piastri under red flags in Canadian Grand Prix final practice. FP3 had been red-flagged for debris after Piastri slapped the Wall of Champions on a flying lap, giving himself a right-rear puncture, as he then crawled back around to the pit-lane.  Going slowly off the racing line, Tsunoda then passed Piastri under the red flags, normally a slam-dunk penalty.  However, Red Bull argued that because of the damage to Piastri's car, Tsunoda was entitled to overtake the McLaren.  More to follow.
