Charles Leclerc has hit back at the "annoying" rumours being created around Ferrari, in what is already a difficult season for the Scuderia. The Monegasque's frustration at the lack of performance being delivered by the SF-25 in recent rounds has led to rumours that Leclerc is seeking options to escape Ferrari.  Leclerc has raced for the Maranello-based outfit since 2019, and has long been viewed as the team's 'Golden child'.  It is not only Leclerc's future which has been speculated, with rumours having restarted ahead of this weekend's United States Grand Prix linking Christian Horner with Fred Vasseur's team principal job.  Ferrari already dismissed rumours surrounding the former Red Bull boss earlier this year; however, the speculation has started again at the Circuit of the Americas.  Both Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton are firmly behind Vasseur, with the former becoming frustrated with the series of false rumours. Asked about the speculation surrounding his future, Leclerc told select media including RacingNews365 : "What I can say is what I've always said and that's very clear.  "I've always loved Ferrari so much, and my only obsession at the moment, is to win in red, whether it's now or in the future. And I want to bring back Ferrari to the top.  "And I would like to add, there are lots of speculations around me, but just in general, around the team, for whatever reason, I feel like there are too many people picking things not coming from actual facts, and it's just a little bit annoying." Ferrari rumours nothing new Ferrari having to deal with countless rumours is not a new situation for the team nor Leclerc, who has become used to seeing false stories about the Italian squad.  Given the size of Ferrari, the rumours intensify when results are not being delivered, a position the team is currently in. "It's always been like that, and I think as a driver, as a team, we just got to focus on our things, which is what we are doing," added Leclerc.  "But it's just not great and not super nice to see all these things around the team all the time.  "It's definitely not a situation we want to be in, in a way that the performance is not at the level where we want to be, but we are all focused in trying to turn that situation around, as I was saying. "And whenever there is those situations where the results are not there, then there are always those rumours around that come back. But yeah, what I say is what I've said in the past six or seven years with the team."
