F1 fans deliver Lewis Hamilton unwanted 'victory' as Ferrari struggles continue

Lewis Hamilton has been named as the biggest negative surprise of the F1 season so far by F1 fans, according to the results of a RacingNews365 poll. Despite the highlight of a sprint win in China, Hamilton's form nosedived across the Japan-Bahrain-Saudi Arabia triple-header, with Hamilton glum in Jeddah after finishing 31s behind team-mate Charles Leclerc, seemingly at a loss about where to find the balance and pace in the SF-25. Hamilton was one option listed in the poll, presented alphabetically, with driver options ahead of teams, and came out with 31.80% of the vote. This, of course, means he did not score an outright majority of the votes cast in the poll, but did come out on top with the highest percentage of votes casts. In second place, 12.46% behind was Liam Lawson who was demoted from Red Bull after just two races, with Red Bull itself in third on 16.61%. Check out the full results below and make sure to keep your eyes peeled for the next RacingNews365 poll. What has been the biggest negative surprise of the 2025 season so far?
