2022 PRO MOTOCROSS POINT STANDINGS (AFTER ROUND 9) Round 9 is finally over and the action did not miss this time around. We may have spent a few weeks off with no motocross on the weekends, but Unadilla offered plenty of battles and crashes to get us excited to finish the season. In the 450 class, it was once again a battle royale between Eli Tomac and Chase Sexton. In the 250 class, the motos were some of the most exciting we have seen in quite some time. Scroll down below to find out where the riders place in the point standings after Unadilla. 2022 UNADILLA NATIONAL | FULL COVERAGE 450 POINT STANDINGS AFTER ROUND 9 – RACE RESULTS There is no doubt that there was something special in Chase Sexton’s cereal this morning. (Cerea)sly. When the gate dropped during the motos, Chase found some sort of momentum to carry him up to the front and win by more than 10 seconds in both races, catching Eli by surprise, especially in the first moto. Now, Chase has just a single digit to his lead in the point standings and with only three races left, we’re eager to see what goes down in this final stretch. Jett was ridiculously fast in qualifying, besting the 450 class by (checks notes) almost two seconds???? How things were panning out, we were expecting the Honda rider to do his usual thing, gapping the field and winning both motos. However, that would most certainly not be the case at Unadilla. Falling almost four times, Jett did not have his work cut out for him as continuous mistakes would take a cut in his points. Thankfully for Jett, literally everyone and their mother suffered the same fate in some way or another. From tip overs to terrifying crashes, hope you heal up Seth Hammaker, the 250 class took a trip on the struggle bus all day long. Now, Jett still remains in the top spot because of his insane points lead setup prior, but his brother has caught up, by a smidge.
