Spire Motorsports and Justin Haley are parting ways after the 2025 NASCAR Cup Series season. The team will announce its 2026 plans for the No. 7 entry at a later date, as Haley’s tenure with Spire comes to a close after six seasons with the organization.

Haley first joined Spire in 2019, during the team’s inaugural Cup Series season. The departure leaves the No. 7 seat open for 2026, with no replacement driver named at this time.

The official announcement confirms that the collaboration ending after the Phoenix Raceway finale will set the stage for Spire's 2026 program and the team's continued efforts in the NASCAR Cup Series.
