Victor Martins clinched pole position for the F2 feature race at
the British Grand Prix, topping the timing board with a lap time of
1:39.731. That was 65 milliseconds quicker than Alex Dunne, who
will join the Williams Academy driver on the front row at
Silverstone in a repeat of the Monaco F2 feature race, where the
pair clashed at the first corner, causing a red flag and multi-car
pile up. Jak Crawford rounded out the top three, with Roman Stanek
and Sebastian Montoya completing the top five. Joshua Durksen,
Richard Verschoor, Dino Beganovic, Kush Maini and Leonardo
Fornaroli will occupy places six through tenth at the start, with
the latter two also taking the front row for the reserve-grid
sprint. Amaury Cordeel brought out the red flag just before the
midway point of the session, spinning his Rodin Motorsport car on
the exit of the final corner, with the clock stopped with 18:05
remaining. He will therefore face losing his best lap time. Check
