250 QUALIFYING RESULTS // 2024 DENVER SUPERCROSS

The 250 West class returns this weekend in Denver as we head into the closure of the season. With just two races left and the final next weekend being an East/West shootout, RJ Hampshire is in the driver’s seat as he currently holds the points lead by two over Levi Kitchen. Kitchen was building momentum but as they went into Nashville he had found himself on the ground and at a deficit to the new leader. This weekend RJ Hampshire needs to finish in front of Kitchen to maintain the lead. It all begins in qualifying, read down below for full updates.

250 QUALIFYING SESSION 1 GROUP A

Levi Kitchen is looking motivated in Denver.

Jordon Smith was the first rider to start putting in his fast time breaking under one minute. Levi Kitchen also is looking fast and motivated this evening as he sat in second early. The track conditions are more dry than the riders have seen in recent weekends and even though the track is long, it’s quite fast. Another one of the riders who looks good this afternoon is Jo Shimoda as he seems to be gaining more comfortablity on his Honda. RJ Hampshire a bit slower to get to speed in qualifying as he was seen heading into mechanics area to make a few adjustments. Late in the session Nate Thrasher took over the pole position as he dropped his time down into the low 57 second range. Thrasher would go on to maintain the lead through the session.

Nate Thrasher was fastest in the first session.

Julien Beaumer is looking to finish his season off with a strong result.
