Following the livery and merchandise, here are the suits that Scuderia Ferrari drivers Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz will wear in the Miami Grand Prix: blue confirmed.

As officially announced yesterday, Scuderia Ferrari will sport a new special livery in Miami featuring two shades of blue, namely Azzurro Dino and Azzurro La Plata. This chromatic choice is also reflected in the suits that Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz will wear in Florida.

The chromatic choice is also a historical reference to the bond between Ferrari and the American racing world, in the year of the 70th anniversary of the brand’s presence. So, after the livery (which has yet to be revealed) and the official merchandise, Ferrari has now revealed the suits of the two drivers for the next race weekend at the Miami International Autodrome in Florida, USA.

It’s a nice choice to adopt the rectangular logo instead of the usual shield. A choice that is not random but recalls the prancing horse printed on the drivers’ suits in 1974, the last year Ferrari drivers wore Azzurro La Plata.

This is the first time in 2024 that the Prancing Horse adopts a livery different from the presentation one. As for the color, the last time Ferrari did not choose the usual Scuderia red was in 2020 at Mugello, on the occasion of the celebration of the 1000th GP. The hope is that, compared to what was seen in Tuscany in 2020, Ferrari will perform well in the streets of Miami with the new celebratory livery.
